Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We offer exchanges on items purchased directly from our website. At this moment, we do not allow for refunds/returns unless the item is classified as a wrong item or defective/damaged eg. ripped, holes, missing parts. Please note that all items are checked thoroughly and photographed before being dispatched to ensure that this does not occur and that we provide the best quality products.
We are not responsible for replacement of items damaged in shipping.
Customers have a 7 day period to return or exchange items.
Delivery/postage is non-refundable and is covered by the customer for exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This can either be your invoice or order confirmation.
To start a return, you can contact us at thestyleguidett@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on face masks or intimate wear. Intimate wear is classified as swimsuits, lingerie, including bras, underwear, as well as pasties, nipple covers, boob tape and anything considered unhygienic once returned.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal orders through us from other websites (Eg. SHEIN, Fashionnova, Amazon etc.) This is a service we provide and we are not responsible for the condition or particulars of the clothing & websites selected by you, the customer.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via bank transfer.
Exceptions to Payment of Refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds via credit card/PayPal if payment was made using this method. We will issue your refund via bank transfer.
