Order Issues

1. Can I edit/ cancel my order?

Unfortunately, changes & cancellations cannot be made once the order is confirmed.

2. How do I check my order status?

For domestic customers, please contact the live chat support or email for an update on your order.

For international customers, visit “track my order” and enter your tracking number to view the status of your delivery. Please note: tracking information will be updated when the package is shipped out.

3. Why was my order cancelled/ refunded?

Your order may have been canceled and, or refunded for one of the reasons mentioned below:

  1. Incorrect payment details, billing and shipping information, or fraud suspicion.
  2. Item(s) in your order are not available/out of stock.

We will send an email notification if your order has been canceled and, or refunded.

Shipping Options

Domestic delivery takes 1-5 days depending on the option you choose.

Delivery to our pick up points will be arranged at our convenience and you will be notified in advance to arrange a date and time. 

Home delivery via courier all be done within 1-2 business days.

TT Post packages are sent out twice a week and will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

1. Are all items available for pre-order?

No. Only selected items and sizes are enabled for pre-order if we are out of stock of that particular item. If an item is available for pre-order, the pre-order button will appear when the item's size or colour etc. is selected. 

2. How do I pre-order an item?

Click the pre-order button and the item will be added to your cart as normal. You will be notified in your cart as well as your email when a pre-order item is added. Checkout as you normally would and select Bank Transfer/ credit card as your payment option. We will not accept your order if any other payment method is selected. Please note that for payments via Bank Transfer, you must email us a picture of the receipt within two (2) days of your order. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive proof of payment within this timeframe. 

3. How long do pre-order items take to arrive?

Pre-order items take approximately 3-6 weeks to be fulfilled. If there are any delays or occurrences with your pre-order we will notify you via email. Feel free to ask us about the status of your pre-order via live chat or email any time. 

4. Can I cancel my pre-order item?

Pre-orders cannot be canceled. 

Returns and Exchanges

Please email with the details of your order and we will review and get back to you. Once approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer. 

Payment Methods

1. What payment methods are available?

We accept payment via cash on collection, online bank transfer to our Scotia Bank account and credit card via pay link.

Promos & Discounts

1. How do I purchase/ use a gift card?

Click ‘gift cards’ located at the bottom of the homepage, add to cart and checkout as you normally would. You will be sent an email with your digital gift card code. There will be instructions on how to redeem your gift card in this email.

2. Can I be refunded for my gift card or make changes to it?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made to gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

3. My discount code does not work.

Your discount code may have expired. Please contact us via email to find out the status of your discount code.
