Política de reembolso

We offer exchanges on items purchased directly from our website. At this moment, we do not allow for returns unless the item is classified as a wrong item or defective/damaged eg. ripped, holes, missing parts. Please not that all items are checked thoroughly and photographed before being dispatched to ensure this does not occur and we can provide the best quality products. Customers have a 7 day period to return or exchange items. Delivery/postage is refunded if items are returned. Delivery/postage must be covered by customers for exchanges. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at thestyleguidett@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate wear. Intimate wear is classified as swimsuits or lingerie.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal orders through us from other websites (Eg. SHEIN, Fashionnova, Amazon etc.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Exceptions to Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds via credit card. Refunds will be made via cash/PayPal.
